Whenever someone talks about how they stay motivated or accomplish goals my ears pick up. Maybe there’s something I can pull into what I do. Today it was reading about Data-love and training optimization described as “recent success in running can be linked directly back to the start of my dailymile membership”. I’ve never used Nike+ and I haven’t used dailymile but that there’s tools out there to visualize progress with remarkable results is pretty impressive.
